-We customize sneakers. We do Customize sneaker art workshops Events.

Can I request my own design?

-Yes, you can get your Customized Pairs from our Collections OR we can get your own design customized on the sneakers of your foot size.

Will I have to provide the shoe?

-If you have your own sneakers (new), you can send them to our studio in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Or else we can get your sneakers as per your footwear size.

Will the paint stay in all weathers?

-We use branded printing techniques specifically designed for sneaker art, ensuring high-quality and long-lasting designs.

-We apply a layer of NANO COATING after the art is finished to lock it from all the weather conditions.

Do you ship Worldwide?

-Yes, we ship worldwide- in which Duty and Freight will be excluded, from the customization cost.

How Often do you have workshops?

-We have Regular Workshops and events for Shoe customization. 

-You can book your dates by contacting us through WhatsApp.

How do I care for my customized pair?

-Our custom sneakers are durable and made to last, however damage can be caused through misuse so we advise you take good care of your pair.

-Care instructions:

• Gently wash with Water
• Sneaker Cleaners, Wipes & Sprays can be used
• Keep away from harsh chemicals, sharp edges, and weapons of mass destruction.
• Do not use a brush and washing machine for Cleaning.

Can I return my order?

-All sneakers are custom made, hence cannot be exchanged or returned.

-Please be certain of your shoe size before you place an order : Size Guide.

What is the process of Customization?

-You can get your sneakers through our website.

-You can either send your sneakers to us or visit us at our studio.

-In the case if we have to provide a sneaker you can directly contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram.

What is the price range for sneaker customization?

-Our sneaker customization pricing ranges from ₹3000 to ₹6000, depending on the print, design, and colors you choose.

Where are the sneakers manufactured?

-We source our sneakers from Vietnam, ensuring the highest quality and premium craftsmanship.

How long does delivery take?

-Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 days after order confirmation.

Are delivery charges included in the price?

-No, delivery charges are extra and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I provide used sneakers for customization?

-No, we only customize brand-new sneakers. You can either provide a fresh pair or purchase one from us.

Why can't used sneakers be customized?

-Our artists hand-paint each pair with precision, and using a worn pair would not be hygienic or suitable for customization.

Who creates the designs?

-Our brand works with an inhouse team of designers, also former Adidas and Puma professionals, ensuring top-tier design expertise and creativity.
