Service Level Agreement
Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Custom Sneaker Design and Sourcing Service:
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions between EOSCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLP (doing business under the trade name -Cheeky Sneeky’), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," for the custom sneaker design and sourcing services.
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
- Customization of sneakers according to the Client's specifications.
- Sourcing and procurement of specific shoe models or any footwear from service provider’s inventory for customization as requested by the Client, if required.
- The Client will provide detailed specifications for the custom sneaker design, including color, pattern, and any additional customization requirements.
- The Service Provider will provide a design mock-up for approval before proceeding with customization.
- The Client is allowed multiple rounds of revisions on the design at no additional cost, before the Service Provider proceeds with the final customization on the sneakers, post which no revisions shall be possible.
- The Client will specify the desired shoe model (from Service Provider’s inventory / or any specific model), size, and any other relevant details.
- The Service Provider will provide information on the availability, pricing, and estimated delivery time for the sourced shoes.
- The Client is responsible for confirming the order, and any additional costs incurred (e.g., Shipping Fees, Shoe Cost) will be communicated and agreed upon before finalizing the purchase.
- Customized sneakers will be delivered within 2-4 weeks from the date of design approval, sourcing of shoes, unless stated otherwise.
- The Service Provider assures the quality of materials used in customization meet the industry standards for good quality and ensures that sourced shoes are strictly authentic.
- In the event of defects or issues with the delivered products, the Client is entitled to a repair or replacement as per the Service Provider's discretion.
- The pricing for customization and sourcing services will be communicated to the Client before initiating the project.
- Sourcing fees must be paid in full before the order for sourced shoes is placed.
- Customization fees can be paid in full before the start of the customization process, or with an advance amount of 50% of the total amount.
- The Service Provider will maintain open and timely communication with the Client throughout the customization and sourcing process.
- The Client is encouraged to communicate any changes or concerns promptly before the designing of the shoe is started.
- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.
- Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this SLA.
- This SLA shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
By confirming an order, both parties acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Level Agreement.
